Your right to cancel

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK) advise you have fourteen calendar days to cancel the contract for your order with us and we will issue you with a full refund for the items you have purchased and the cost of standard delivery if you've paid for shipping.

  • The fourteen calendar days start from the day after you receive your order.
  • If you're returning your whole order and you've paid for delivery we'll refund the cost of Standard Delivery to you. If only part of your order is returned, any delivery charge you paid won't be refunded.
  • We need written confirmation of cancellation from you, so you'll need to get in touch using any of our available contact options to let us know you'd like to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
  • If you have already received your order, you will need to return to us the items from your order that you wish to cancel. Once you let us know you'd like to cancel, we will write and let you know how to do this.
  • The items you return must be unused and in their original condition and will be inspected once we have received them.
  • We try hard to accept all returns. Returns to us need not be returned to us in the same packaging in which they were delivered to you. However it is your responsibility to ensure that the returned items are packaged well enough that they won't be damaged on the way back to us. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. In this case we will not refund you. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we may arrange to have it collected at your cost.
  • Unless agreed with us in writing beforehand, all return costs are to be met by you.

Returning an unwanted item?

Bought something in error and you want your money back?

As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the rules below, which includes rules about fair use.

None of these rules affect your statutory rights.

If you return an item requesting a refund within 28 days of the item being delivered to you or available for collection, we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method.

We aim to refund you within 14 days of having received the returned item.

If you request a refund for an item during the above timeframes but you can't return it to us for some reason, please get in touch - but any refund will be at our discretion.

After that?

We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above.

If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

Original Condition

Items should be in the same condition as when they were bought. Some items have defects (chips, scratches etc)

and these are pointed out in the original description of the item.

None of this affects your statutory rights.

If an item is returned to us damaged, or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs).

All items are inspected on return. In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging (if applicable).

Responsibility

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!

As the parcel/item remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. If we're able to locate the items (it's not always possible) and you'd like these returned to you, we will ask you to cover the delivery cost.

Fair use

If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity that doesn't sit right: e.g. we suspect someone is actually using their purchases - for an event say, and then returning them, we might have take measures (banning your IP address etc) to ensure you cannot buy from us again.

If this happens to you and you think we've made a mistake, please get in touch and we'll be happy to discuss it with you.

If you have been blocked from the site and you need to make a valid return, contact us. We'll ensure you can return your item at your own cost.

Please note, we reserve the right to take legal action against you if the items you return don't match what you ordered.

Faulty Products

We’re really sorry if you’ve received a faulty item.

Please return the item to us as soon as possible so we can get this sorted for you.

If you’re not able to return an item, please get in touch with us and we will gladly help you further.

Please bear in mind that all items are inspected on return, and those with wear and tear rather than a fault may not be refunded in full.

Please note that we are unable to send replacements for faulty items.
